Beginner FAQ
Why are item and shipping paid separately?
The item is bought before the final international parcel exists. The later parcel payment depends on the stored items, destination and route you select.
Does “stored in warehouse” mean my parcel was sent?
No. It means the item can be selected for parcel submission. International dispatch happens later.
What does warehouse QC prove?
QC can show visible details associated with your warehouse order. It is not authentication and does not guarantee fit, function, material or delivery.
Which payment methods can I use?
Check the live payment screen for your account. This guide does not publish a fixed method list because availability can change.
Can every item use every shipping route?
No general route promise is made. Check the current item restrictions and routes shown for your destination.
Can I return an item?
Seller acceptance, item condition, timing and costs can differ. Check the live return control and current official terms before changing packaging or submitting a parcel.
Which import rules apply?
Use the current customs rules for the destination importing the parcel. This site does not provide a universal allowance or tax-free route.
