Order stages

Understanding warehouse and parcel statuses

A shopping order and an international parcel are related but distinct records. The official status page describes the item’s progress from payment to warehouse storage; parcel tracking begins only after you submit stored items for delivery.

1. Payment Pending

An order exists but item payment has not completed.

2. Unprocessed / Order Pending

Payment is recorded and the order is waiting for processing or purchaser review.

3. Order Processing

A purchaser has been assigned and is preparing the seller order.

4. Purchased

The seller order has been placed; warehouse delivery is next.

5. Shipped (Local)

The seller sent the item to the OrientDig warehouse inside China.

6. Received

The warehouse received the item and inspection is pending.

7. Stock arrived

Inspection and weighing are complete; stock-in is pending.

8. Stored in warehouse

The item is stored and can be selected for parcel submission. It has not been dispatched internationally.

9. Clear Balance

The recorded purchase cost exceeds the earlier amount and a balance is due.

The useful dividing line

“Shipped (Local)” is seller-to-warehouse. “Stored in warehouse” is ready for parcel selection. Neither means the international parcel has been sent.
